Sunday, October 21 is “Old Home Day,” now known as the Great American Harvest Fest. Please clear your calendar and make every effort to attend for a few hours this year. We have an obligation to Historic Richmondtown, which generously provides us with a free meeting place.

Sunday, April 29: We will be spinning/knitting/weaving/cranking/crocheting at the Staten Island Zoo - 12 Noon to 3:00 p.m.
At our March 2018 meeting, Mary Ellen demonstrated the Addi Express Knitting Machine, which is very easy to use and can crank out worsted weight stockinette projects such as charity hats, scarves etc. in a flash! Everybody was very enthusiastic about the Addi. Colleen says, “This kind of knitting I can do!” ;-} Thanks for introducing us to the Addi Express, Mary Ellen! Now I know what to do with my tax refund!
